Quilts That Care

QTC started in 2012 with a few people wanting to make a difference in the lives of people undergoing cancer treatment. They started and continue to meet at Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center two times a month. They expanded to donated factory space in Naugatuck but also continue with satellite meetings in Bristol, Litchfield and New Milford.
Quilts That Care has sewn and distributed over 1700 handmade unique quilts to cancer patients in Connecticut and beyond! Since they moved to this new facility their volunteers have made over 50 quilts per month. They donate these quilts to people undergoing cancer treatments, bringing them comfort, love and hope, one quilt at a time.
