Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation

After Alicia’s passing on October 10, 2002, her parents Mario & Gisele decided they needed to do something to honor her and other courageous teens like her. The Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation officially began. Every year in conjunction with Teen Cancer Awareness Week over 100 individuals of all ages join ARVF in the assembly of Teen Kits and sewing, stuffing and shipping Teen Kits to over 90 hospitals. These Teen Kits and Bandana Pillows are provided to hospitalized teens with cancer, and other life-threatening diseases. To date over 14,000 teens have received our Teen Kit with the Bandana Pillows. In our daughter’s memory we wanted to create something that would show these teens that they are not alone. Someone cares and understands the challenges that they are going through.

Thank you Fairfield for providing 50 lbs of Poly-Fil. This will allow us to make 25 pillows for hospitalized teens. Helping us get to the goal of 2000 pillows or this year.
