I made this Rainbow Inspiration Quote Banner Wall Hanging for a soon to be born baby. The quote means that life is a balance of good and bad. You can’t have only joy, as there will be some pain. Though my intended recipient is a child, this quote banner is good for anyone. This wall hanging can be done in any color palette. I backed white cotton with Stick Double Sided Fusible Interfacing. I painted a rainbow design using fabric paints. Then, I used a Silhouette Cameo to cut out the quote. I made a banner shape with white cotton fabric, and Stiffen Double Sided Fusible Interfacing inside for stability. I painted the banner with fabric paints to represent the clouds in life. I used silver fabric paint for cloud shadows, or the silver lining to life. The words fused easily to the painted banner.
