Fall Foiliage Pillow Diagrams

Step Two

Using the Sizzix® Big Shot™ and an oak leaf die or the pattern provided; cut out an assortment of oak leaves from all of the colors of oly-fun™

Step Three

Draw a large circle onto the pillow front. Lay leaves along the circle using the diagram provided as a guide to placement. Pin the leaves in place.

Step Four

Stitch across the surface of the pillow front, being careful when stitching over leaves so that they do not become folded into the stitching. Top Stitch an X then a + stitching from corner to corner and edge to edge of the pillow front. If desired, stitch between the rows to add extra impact to the design.

Step Five

Turn under 2” along the 14” length of the pillow back pieces. Assigning one piece as the right side of one of the pillow back and other as the left side. Stitch to secure the fold.

Step Six

With the pillow front right side up on a flat surface, align one of the pillow backs on top overlapping in the center.

Step Seven

Stitch using a ½ inch seam. Turn right side out and press carefully.
