Crocheted Olympic Torch

Categories: Kid Friendly, Crochet

Make an Olympic Torch.  With the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics just around the corner I thought it would be fun to make a little Olympic themed project and since the torch is one of the most iconic symbols of the Olympics I decided to make that.  This Olympic Torch is made amigurumi style, single crochet in a spiral. The torch is made and stuffed and then the flame is made separately and sewn on top, only the center, red, portion of the flame is stuffed. This torch could be a fun addition to Olympic party decor, or something for the kids to play with as they get excited to watch the Olympics.
