Though born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Elly's persona is less Baltimore Album and more Crazy Quilt. Since 1978, she has worked as a needlework and crafts editor, author and book producer, with quilting as a specialty. Lucky to have learned from experts, Elly proudly shows her own quilts -- eclectic, eccentric and fun. However, Elly prefers to direct quilters' attention to a much wider range of possibility. Sharing her exciting collection of antique, vintage, and Skinny quilts, her goal is always getting beginning

and experienced quilters to s-t-r-e-t-c-h, to try something new, and to push the envelope--at least a little!
